Welcome Executive Chef, Errol Rodrigues

The Weinberg Residence is pleased to introduce Chef Errol Rodrigues who will begin as our new Executive Chef on September 11th, 2018.

Chef Errol Rodriques’s lifelong passion for cooking began in 1995 while helping his uncle’s catering business in Mumbai, India, and studying Culinary and Hotel Management. His culinary repertoire extends from Indian, French, Italian, Mexican, Pub and Steakhouse culture to West Coast cuisine.

Chef Errol has over twenty years of culinary experience in both restaurant and hotel settings. His professional career began to flourish after working for a highly prestigious hotel in Mumbai which then paved his way to the US for a four year stint with Carnival Cruise Lines.

In 2013, Chef Errol moved to Vancouver and he has worked for the University of British Columbia, Cardero’s Restaurant and the River Rock Casino.

In addition to being a Red Seal Certified Chef, Chef Errol also holds a Diploma in Hotel Administration & Food Technology, a Certificate in Hotel Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce.

We are thrilled to have such an exceptional Chef on our team and we look forward to this exciting enhancement to our hospitality offering.
