Palliative Support at Weinberg Multi-Level Care
End-of-life transitions are seldom easy. We can support you and your loved ones through this time with comfortable, comprehensive care in a safe and nurturing setting.
Our care professionals can provide:
- Complete nursing care
- Pain assessment and comfort provision
- Grief and bereavement counselling
- Psycho-educational information
- Music therapy
- Spiritual and religious support
- Liaising with community resources
As a resident, you will have full access to the Abrasha & Chava Wosk Synagogue and, if desired, counselling from our chaplain, Hazzan Rob Menes.
Palliative support can be arranged intermittently for varying lengths of stay depending on your needs and wishes. Your physician will continue to manage your care during your stay at the Weinberg Residence Multi-Level Care Unit.
While a resident, you’ll enjoy a private furnished room, three kosher meals a day and all the other services and amenities included in our Care Package.
