Redevelopment will ensure exceptional care for seniors continues for years to come

 

It all began with a dream of the Hebrew Men’s Cultural Club in Vancouver to provide Jewish seniors with support and care, consistent with Jewish values and traditions.

A home to accommodate 13 residents was established in 1946 and, over time, the modest facility grew, changed locations and expanded its services.
Today, the Dr. Irving & Phyliss Snider Campus for Jewish Seniors is a continuum of care which includes the Louis Brier Home & Hospital (LBH) and the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Residence (WR).

LBH is home to 215 residents and operates in
partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health. It provides 24-hour nursing services for residents who require
personal assistance or full nursing support.
