Vanessa Trester, Manager of the Weinberg Residence
Vanessa has been managing the Weinberg Residence since its inception in 2003. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Weinberg team, having 14+ years of management and leadership experience in Independent and Assisted Living. For several years, prior to entering the senior living sector, Vanessa worked with British Columbia’s Public Guardian and Trustee’s office.
Vanessa’s passion for the study of aging led her to complete a Masters degree in Gerontology from the acclaimed Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California. Her expertise in the field is an invaluable skill when interacting with residents and their families.
Vanessa leads the Weinberg team with a strong focus on residents first, as well as ensuring quality of care and dedicated service. The Weinberg Residence has been noted for becoming an integral part of Vancouver’s Jewish community.
Just ask Vanessa and she will proudly tell you that when you step into the inviting atmosphere of the Weinberg Residence on any given day, you’ll feel the warmth, caring and friendship that prevails throughout.
