The Board of Directors, as representatives of Weinberg Residence, is the primary volunteer force ensuring that the Society fulfils its mission and realizes its opportunities and obligations for service. In accordance with the Bylaws, the Board as a whole is responsible for providing oversight and acting in a governance capacity with regards to the property and affairs of the Society.
